If you don’t know when each phase is happening just add that to the order notes; we can work together to estimate timing and stay in contact to help regulate your hormones as you work to sync your lifestyle and menstrual cycle. The base of all my extracts is coconut derived vegetable glycerin so you can expect a honey-like texture and a slight sweet taste accompanied by earthy, floral, or fruity elements depending on the herbs extracted in the blend. Each weekly box comes with a curated-by-me cycle syncing guide on key diet, workout, lifestyle, and herbal supplements to nourish your body, mind, and soul through each phase of your cycle.
