This extract is blended with the lucid dreamer in mind; herbs to stimulate the pituitary gland, increase dream recall, and relax the mind and body combine to give support to any dream journey. Take a dropperful straight onto the tongue or in a small glass of water to stimulate lucid dreaming. Dreamland extract should not be used more than 3 times a week as it can cause seasonal allergy-like symptoms. Mugwort—a main herbal ally in this blend is also part of the Ragweed family, so if you have severe allergies to Ragweed you may need to skip this blend.
